CREATE YOUR OWN CLASS - Looking for a class but need a different day or time than what you see below?  Design your own!  Simply get a small group of people (3-4 equipment & 4-10 mat) and decide what type of class you would like, what day and what time works for all of you. Then email or call the studio and we'll set it up. The best part is that everyone in the class is someone you know and enjoy spending time with—you'll have so much fun you will forget you're even exercising! 
  
 
Mat-based Classes
BOSU-lates - Rev up your metabolism and challenge your core!  This class incorporates Pilates based exercises and cardiovascular endurance training by using weights, balls, BOSU balance trainers and more for a complete body workout. Bring a bottle of water and be prepared to sweat.
Mat - Follows Joseph H. Pilates classical Mat sequences with modifications for your needs. Uses your own body weight for resistance. This class will help to strengthen the core and will assist in improving overall strength, flexibility, and are an integral part of developing a long and lean Pilates body.
Equipment Classes
Reformer........
    All-levels:  This class is geared to Every...body! Our goal in this class is to get our clients to locate and develop their "core". We ask that they perform all the Pilates movement patterns with the core muscles engaged without compensation or abnormal torque. We will challenge your core musculature and explore simple movement coordination. Coordination will encompass upper and lower extremity movement patterns in intuitive and sometimes counter intuitive configurations that will train and strengthen your core.
    Intermediate/Advanced:  Our goal in this class is to get our clients to work with sustained "core" engagement. The teachers will throw in a few "curls" and other assorted variations that will be sure to remind you where your core muscles are. Again, ALL movement without compensation or abnormal torque.
    Advanced: Clients work with sustained "core" engagement throughout the class. They EXPLOITE complex coordination and choreography without compensation or abnormal torque. Extensive use of props will make the challenge..... A CHALLENGE!
Jumboarding -  A cardio-based Pilates Reformer class that gives you a great alternative to your regular cardiovascular workout-- Jumpboarding is a low-impact workout that alternates jumping segments with traditional reformer exercises.  This is another class you will want to bring in your towel!!
Chair - This group class utilizes the Pilates Chair, designed by Joe Pilates. It is truly amazing how many variations of the basic Pilates exercises are possible using this versatile piece of equipment.
TowerUsing the Wall Unit of springs to create resistance, students will elongate their muscles, increase flexibility and gain a new respect for Mat work.
Tower & Chair - This class is a combinations the best of Chair and Tower work for a fun fast paced class. 
Pilates Playground -  This is a circuit style class that incorporates a taste of all the classes Align Pilates offers.  All participants should have knowledge of all pilates equipement as this class moves at a fast pace.
*"Workout With...." Class is only offered on select Saturdays.
Been training for quite some time and want to test your ability?  Try to keep up with the instructor during this fast pace challenging class.!!!! Participation is only with instructor's approval.
